  • Products may be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • Products must be in their original condition as received, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • To request an exchange or return, please contact us through the WhatsApp option available on our store or through our support team via the unified contact number.

  • Exchange and return requests must be submitted within the specified period from the date of order delivery.

  • Any complimentary accessories included with the product must also be returned.

  • If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or non-conforming product, we will either offer you a replacement product or issue a full refund through the appropriate available method. In all cases, the incorrect, damaged, defective, or non-conforming product must be returned to us as soon as possible in its original condition.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount upon return.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned products have been received, excluding any delivery charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees that may have been paid.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when returning products.

  • We are not responsible for the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account, as this depends on the procedures and policies of your bank.
