To be delivered within two to 4 working days in all locations in Saudi Arabia to be delivered to your address or received from the branch of the delivery company.
And the delivery is done quickly. We hope that you provide us with a clear and complete address that includes the name of the street / neighborhood / a valid mobile number.
In order for the shipments to reach you as soon as possible, and if you wish to deliver them to your address, you must provide us with a complete address (which includes the street name, neighborhood name, house number and zip code). If the address is not complete, the request will be sent to the nearest SMSA branch to the address provided.
All Tanourati shipments are sent by SMSA at a cost of 30 riyals to all cities of the Kingdom, bearing in mind that the shipping cost is 30 riyals, whether by receipt from the SMSA branch or delivered to the customer's address.
Note that the customer’s responsibility is to follow up the order with the shipping company. If the customer wants to deliver the order to his address, the customer contacts SMSA customer service at 920009999 to request that it be delivered to the customer’s address without any additional cost.
In the event the customer refuses to receive the shipment from SMSA, SMSA will return the shipment to us at a cost of 30 riyals calculated on the customer, where the shipment must be received and then contact us in case of a desire to replace or return on WhatsApp 0540052000
In payment requests upon receipt. It is necessary to confirm the order via WhatsApp Customer Service 0540052000, as it will not be possible to send any request with the feature of payment upon receipt without being confirmed, and the request will be canceled if it is not confirmed within 24 hours.
And a payment fee upon receipt of 15 riyals is added, noting that in the event of rejection or cancellation of the order after confirming and sending the order, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping fees of 45 riyals.
