• Replacement and return conditions:

• You can exchange and return within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.

• Products must be in their original condition at the time of purchase. It has not been used before.

• - Fill out the return and replacement form prepared for this purpose, or via the WhatsApp option available in the store or the support staff present on the unified number.

• The customer must not exceed the specified period from the date of receiving the order.

•  Any accessories that were added with the model for free should be returned as well.

• In the event that we supply wrong products that do not match your request or are damaged or incorrect, we will offer an alternative product to you or we will return the full amount to you in a possible and appropriate way and in all cases you must return the wrong, damaged or incorrect products to us as quickly as possible in the same original form.

• In the case of taking advantage of the free shipping service, the shipping value will be deducted with the return order.

• We carry out the process of returning the money upon receiving the returned products except for any delivery fees that you paid and the fees for payment on receipt if they were paid in advance.

•   We are not responsible for the time required for this process to reappear in your account as it depends on the procedures of your bank.
